Justin Bieber was reportedly involved in a scuffle with a paparazzo in Calabasas on Sunday.

According to law enforcement officials, a physical altercation is said to have taken place between Justin Bieber and a photographer just after noon at The Commons mall, TMZ reports.

The pap was trying to take Justin Bieber's picture and the teen was reportedly not happy about it.

After the alleged incident, the photographer called 911 but by the time police had arrived Justin Bieber and his girlfriend Selena Gomez had left.

An ambulance was called after the pap complained of upper torso pain, and he was released from a local hospital after being examined.

He filed a police report naming Justin Bieber, and police are investigating it as a misdemeanour battery and want to speak with Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez, plus any other witnesses.

Several witnesses say the pap was blocking Justin Bieber's car, and a scuffle broke out after Biebs asked the man to move out of the way.

They also claim a lawyer approached the photographer and advised him to call for an ambulance and file a police report because he could get a lot of money out of the incident.

Justin Bieber has stayed quiet about it all on Twitter and his rep has made no comment as of yet.
